Clear Cell Adenocarcinoma of Vagina

Comments:
Higher power view from previous case shows many hobnail-shaped cells, some of which have dark atypical nuclei. Differential diagnosis is with microglandular adenosis and Arias-Stella reaction. The overall prognosis of this tumor is relatively good.
