Higher magnification view of the previous three images showing anastomosing nests with bland cytology and peripheral palisading. Given the presence of a sizeable exophytic papillary component and solid, irregular nests, the designation of inverted urothelial neoplasm of low malignant potential was favored over inverted papilloma in this case.
