Sertoli-Leydig Cell Tumor

Comments:
A large Sertoli-Leydig Cell Tumor of the ovary removed from a 59 y/o post-menopausal female. The tumor was multicystic and had solid areas. The larger cyst was filled with chocolate-brown material.
