Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor

Comments:
The neoplastic cells in desmoplastic small round cell tumor have small, hyperchromatic and relatively uniform nuclei, inconspicuous nucleoli, and scant cytoplasm. Rare cases show spindle morphology, marked nuclear atypia, signet ring morphology, or rhabdoid features. Mitotic activity is increased.
