Epithelioid angiosarcomas show focal immunoreactivity for cytokeratins (shown here) and EMA in 50% and 25% of cases respectively. This is a case of primary angiosarcoma of the breast. A few entrapped ductal structures provide a nice internal positive control. Image copyright: pathorama.ch
