Angiomyoma (Vascular Leiomyoma)

Comments:
The smooth muscle cells lack cytologic atypia. Occasionally, degenerative nuclear atypia may be present. The presence of nerves accounts for pain and sensitivity to manipulation in this tumor. It is a benign tumor that is cured by simple excision.
