Dedifferentiated Liposarcoma : Gross Pathology

Gross Pathology: The image shows a dedifferentiated liposarcoma arising within the deep soft tissues of the thigh. Note the skeletal muscles on the top. The transition from well-differentiated liposarcoma (fatty yellow areas) to the dedifferentiated component (pink-tan areas on the top) is more subtle than the previous image.
