Comments:
Differential diagnosis of atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma:Hibernoma: Hibernomas are composed of polygonal cells with varying degrees of differentiation. Some cells show eosinophilic granular cytoplasm; others are multivacuolated with numerous small lipid droplets surrounding a central nucleus. Unlike the lipoblasts, there is no indentation or scalloping of the nuclear contour. Mature adipocytes may be admixed within the tumor.
