Lipoma-like atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma (ALT/WDL): This case of ALT/WDL had clusters of lipoblasts scattered throughout the tumor. Note the hyperchromatic nuclei with sharp indentations caused by lipid vacuoles.
