Differential Diagnosis of Angiolipoma: (continued from the previous image)

Kaposi Sarcoma: Cellular angiolipomas are composed almost entirely of vascular channels and can resemble Kaposi sarcoma (KS). Like angiolipomas, KS can present as multiple cutaneous nodules in young men. However, KS has slit-like vascular spaces and PAS+ cytoplasmic globules in some cells. Microthrombi and mature adipocytes are absent in KS. In addition, KS shows immunoreactivity for HHV8.
