Serous Borderline Tumor : Pathology

Serous Borderline Tumor of the Testis: The papillae are lined by pseudostratified cuboidal or columnar epithelium which may be ciliated. Hobnail cells may be present. There is minimal cytologic atypia with moderate nuclear enlargement and punctate nucleoli. Occasional mitotic figures and psammoma bodies may be seen.
