Mixed Germ Cell Tumor : Polyembryoma

Comments:
Embryoid body in a polyembryoma pattern of mixed germ cell tumor. It is composed of a central portion of embryonal carcinoma between a ventral yolk sac tumor component and a dorsal amnion-like space. Alpha fetoprotein levels are often elevated due to the yolk sac component.
