Primary Leiomyosarcoma - Bone

56 y/o female with pain in left leg. Imaging studies revealed a large, ill-defined, lytic lesion in proximal tibia with invasion of surrounding soft tissue. This is a primary leiomyosarcoma of bone arising in tibial metaphysis. No primary tumor was seen elsewhere ( a prerequisite for diagnosing primary leiomyosarcoma of bone).
