Paget Disease of Bone - Imaging Studies: This CT skull, axial bone window, shows late, severe Paget involvement of the skull (same case as the previous image). There is thickened table of skull with widening of the diploic space. There are circular densities of sclerotic bone admixed with lytic areas, creating a cotton wool appearance.
