Tuberculous Spondylitis

Tuberculous spondylitis (Pott Disease) is an extrapulmonary form of tuberculosis and usually involves lower thoracic and lumbosacral spine. It can cause significant bone destruction, deformity and spinal cord compression leading to paraplegia.
