Aneurysmal Bone Cyst (ABC) - Microscopic Features: High magnification view of an ABC showing plump fibroblastic cells, osteoclast-type giant cells and mitotic figures (at approx. 4'o clock and 9'o clock position near the center). Mitotic activity is increased in ABC; however, atypical forms are not seen.
