Comments:
Case History: Aneurysmal bone cyst in a 6 y/o female who presented with progressive left forearm swelling. Left Panel - MRI (coronal T1 C+ fat sat) shows expansile multioloculated cystic lesion in the distal radius that is limited distally by the physeal line. Middle Panel - Coronal T1 weighted image. Right Panel - coronal T2 image. The cysts show typical fluid-fluid levels denoting previous episodes of hemorrhage. There is peripheral and septal enhancement of the lesion.
