Another example of hyalinizing trabecular adenoma with peculiar organoid arrangement of tumor cells that may mimic paraganglioma or medullary thyroid carcinoma. The mean age at presentation is 50 years and female : male ratio is 6:1. Most patients are asymptomatic and the tumor is discovered incidentally.
