PIN-4 Cocktail in High-grade PIN

Racemase (alpha methylacyl-CoA racemase) is expressed at high levels in both prostate cancer and high-grade PIN. The image shows immunostaining with PIN-4 triple antibody cocktail (high molecular weight cytokeratin, p63, and racemase). There is discontinuous basal cell layer and immunostaining for racemase (red) on the luminal aspect of the cells.
