Racemase in Prostate Cancer

Comments:
Strong staining with AMACR is helpful in establishing the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma in this small focus. Without the additional supporting evidence from AMACR staining, this case would have likely been signed out as highly suspicious for but not diagnostic of cancer.
