Post-atrophic hyperplasia with clusters of basophilic acini arranged in lobules. Within individual lobules, the glands have infiltrative appearance. However, there is no true infiltration consisting of small, distorted glands infiltrating in between obviously benign larger glands. See next image for high molecular weight cytokeratin immunostain.
