Gallbladder ICPN : Oncocytic Phenotype

Intracholecystic Papillary-Tubular Neoplasms (ICPNs) with Oncocytic Phenotype: This is the rarest subtype of ICPN and resembles intraductal oncocytic papillary neoplasms of pancreas and bile ducts. The tumor shows arborizing papillae lined by cells with abundant eosinophilic granular cytoplasm and prominent nucleoli. They are MUC1 positive and MUC6 negative.
