Comments:
Intracholecystic Papillary-Tubular Neoplasms (ICPNs) with Gastric Foveolar Phenotype: They consist of innocuous-appearing, elongated, interconnected glands lined by tall columnar cells with abundant clear mucinous cytoplasm and basally-located nuclei. Despite their bland appearance, they have a high association with invasive adenocarcinoma. They show diffuse positivity for MUC5AC and variable staining for MUC6.
