Comments:
Intracholecystic Papillary-Tubular Neoplasms (ICPNs) with Biliary Phenotype: ICPN can show different cell types. The most common is biliary phenotype consisting of cuboidal cells with round or oval nuclei and prominent nucleoli. They usually have high-grade dysplasia and are commonly associated with invasive carcinoma. In the past, they were called papillary adenocarcinomas. Immunohistochemically, they show positivity for CK7 and MUC1.
