Comments:
Infantile hemangioendothelioma of liver in a 2-month-old female infant. The tumor is a well circumscribed, red-brownish mass showing areas of hemorrhage, necrosis and myxoid change. Small amount of normal-looking liver tissue is seen at the periphery (the most right and left sides of the image).
