Comments:
Goblet cell carcinoid, Group B (Adenocarcinoma ex GCC, signet ring-cell type). The image shows tumor cells with predominant signet ring cell features discohesively infiltrating the lamina propria. They have hyperchromatic nuclei with moderate cytologic atypia. Acute inflammatory cells are also present.
