Inflammatory Fibroid Polyp

Concentric onion-skinning fibrosis around vessels is a hallmark of inflammatory fibroid polyp, as in this picture. The vessels are sometimes small but may be ectatic. The stomach and the distal ileum are the most common locations for this entity.
