High-grade PIN : Hyperchromatic Nuclei

Comments:
In this case of high-grade PIN, the nuclei are hyperchromatic and mask prominent nucleoli (perhaps due to overstaining). However, the degree of cytologic atypia in the gland on the top is sufficient to make an unequivocal diagnosis of high-grade PIN.
