Mixed Neuroendocrine-NonNeuroendocrine Neoplasm: Large cell neuroendocrine carcinomas (LCNEC) of the biliary tract are often admixed with another component such as conventional adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma. When each component comprises at least 30% of the tumor, it is referred to as mixed neuroendocrine-nonneuroendocrine neoplasm.

The image shows LCNEC on the lower left and intracholecystic papillary-tubular neoplasm component on the right. Areas of invasion were also present within the tumor.
