Clinical Features: The combined incidence of hydrops and mucocele in adults is reported to be around 3% of cholecystectomy specimens. Patients present with vomiting, right upper quadrant abdominal mass, with or without pain and tenderness.The image shows an example of hydrops of gallbladder.
