Introduction: Pleomorphic liposarcoma (PLS) is a high-grade sarcoma with pleomorphic lipoblasts. It is rare and the least common subtype of liposarcoma, accounting for <15% of all liposarcomas. It usually presents as a deep-seated mass in the extremities or retroperitoneum.
