Comments:
Differential diagnosis of myxoid liposarcoma (LPS): Continued from the previous image.

Extraskeletal Mesenchymal Chondrosarcoma: It is composed of small, eosinophilic tumor cells arranged in nests, cords, trabeculae or pseudoglandular formations. The background stroma is more basophilic in contrast to the clear or lightly basophilic stroma of myxoid LPS.

Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans: Some cases of DFSP have abundant myxoid stroma and can mimic myxoid LPS. However, there are no lipoblasts and the location of DFSP is superficial.
