Myxoid Liposarcoma, High-Grade (Round Cell LPS): Diffuse sheets of high-grade tumor cells separated by hyalinized stroma. In addtion, there were dense, hypercellular clusters around blood vessels (see next image). Scattered univacuolar lipoblasts were also present.
