Gallbladder Carcinoma - Intestinal Type: In rare instances, gallbladder carcinomas show full spectrum of morphologic features of colonic adenocarcinomas, including cellular basophilia, nuclear pseudostratification, necrosis, as well as luminal mucin (as shown in this case). The possibility of metastasis from a colo-rectal primary should be excluded.
