Gallbladder Carcinoma - Macroscopic Features: Some gallbladder carcinomas may have papillary or polypoid configuration. The image shows an incidentally found carcinoma in a gallbladder removed for gallstones. There is a 4 cm sessile polypoid mass in the fundic region.
