Histologic Grading of Gallbladder Carcinomas: It is based on degree of glandular differentiation. Well-differentiated show >95% differentiation, moderately differentiated 50-95%, and poorly differentiated show <50% differentiation. The example shown here is a moderately-differentiated tumor. Well-formed glands are admixed with small glands with abortive lumens and solid cell nests.
