Eosinophilic Cholecystitis: The large numbers of eosinophils recruited in eosinophilic cholecystitis cause mucosal damage and can lead to gallbladder dyskinesia. The image shows a gland in the lamina propria (Rokitanksy-Aschoff sinus) being destroyed by eosinophils.
