Gangrenous Cholecystitis

Gangrenous cholecystitis - Macroscopic Features: The gallbladder is enlarged and distended. Gallstones are visible through the incision. The serosal surface is dusky, red-brown due to congestion and hemorrhage. There was transmural inflammation and necrosis.
