Inflammatory pseudotumor of the lymph node usually involves fibrous stroma of the node. There is storiform pattern of growth, proliferation of vascular channels, and a mixed inflammatory infiltrate composed of histiocytes, fibroblasts, plasma cells, lymphocytes, and neutrophils.
