Comments:
The tumor cells in this case were positive for vimentin and smooth muscle actin. They were negative for CAM5.2, CD31, CD34, S-100, and Factor XIIIa. It generally behaves in a benign fashion. It is also known as Hemorrhagic Spindle-cell Tumor with Amianthoid Fibers.
