Epithelial Cyst of Spleen

Comments:
This young male patient presented with left upper quadrant pain and was found to have splenomegaly. An abdominal CT scan revealed multiple cysts in spleen. Splenectomy specimen showed cysts ranging in size from 0.5 to 5 cm. The cyst lining consisted of cuboidal epithelium.
