Comments:
Treatment: Neural fibrolipoma is a benign but progressive tumor-like lesion with no effective cure. Complete resection is contraindicated as it leads to sensorimotor deficits. Treatment is usually symptomatic. In case of median nerve involvement, pain can be relieved by incising the transverse carpal ligament and decompressing the nerve.
