Neurofibromatosis 2 : Multiple Meningiomas

Comments:
The diagnostic hallmark of neurofibromatosis 2 (NF2) is bilateral vestibular schwannomas. However, patients with unilateral vestibular schwannoma meet the diagnostic criteria for NF2 if they also have multiple meningiomas as seen in this post-contrast axial CT image.
