Primary Cutaneous CD30+ T-cell Lymphoprolif. Disorders

This is the 2nd most common group of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (about 30% of all cases). It includes lymphomatoid papulosis and primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma as well as borderline cases with overlapping features.

This group does not include systemic CD30-positive large T-cell and B-cell lymphomas with cutaneous involvement as well as CD30-positive transformed mycosis fungoides cases.
