This benign papillary mesothelioma involved tunica vaginalis testis in a 49 year-old man. Other mesothelial lesions involving the paratesticular region include mesothelial cysts, reactive mesothelial hyperplasia, adenomatoid tumors, benign cystic mesothelioma, and malignant mesothelioma.
