Granulosa cell tumor may occur in adults (adult type) or infants (juvenule type). Adults usually present with gynecomastia resulting from hyperestrogenism. The histologic appearance is similar to its counterpart arising in the ovary.   return to Sex Cord & Stromal Tumors
