Gonadoblastoma showing abundant hyalinized basement membrane material in and around the cell nests. Pure gonadoblastoma is a benign tumor; however, it's clinical course may be complicated by the development of a malignancy (usually Dysgerminoma) in the germ cell component.   return to Germ Cell Tumors of Ovary
