Comments:
Usually seen in the setting of an underlying gonadal disorder such as pure or mixed gonadal dysgenesis. Most patients are phenotypically female who are virilized and have a Y chromosome. The image shows clusters with admixture of germ cells and sex-cord type cells separated by abundant fibrous stroma and calcified areas.   return to Germ Cell Tumors of Ovary
