Comments:
The tumor has typical morphology seen in other locations. Nests and clusters of cells are separated by fibrous stroma. They have eosinophilic cytoplasm and round nuclei with “salt and pepper” chromatin. Primary testicular carcinoid has good prognosis with metastasis occurring in only about 12% of cases.
