Image Description
The skin lesions of cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease are variable in size and consist of erythematous or red-brown papules, nodules or plaques usually involving the trunk and limbs. The lesions may occur singly, arise in clusters, or be widespread. The disease pursues a protracted but benign clinical course with partial or complete remission.
The image shows dense infiltrate of lymphocytes and histiocytes in the dermis and subcutis in a case of CRDD.
